Causes for the Popularity of Fast Food Restaurants

People in the XXI century are getting unhealthier habits, like for example doing drugs, drink alcohol very often, etc. Those issues have created an offbeat society without any good relationship between persons, which make the citizens work harder every day. The main consequence of that is a man who doesn’t have time for his or herself. That is why he or she has to find a way to save time even sacrificing spend a good time with the family; such as taking a nap every day, and not eating at their houses.

In this following essay, I will try to explain the popularity that fast food restaurant have gained in our times in specific. Phenomenon that has been happening all over around the world as a result of a lot causes. Causes that sometimes are kind of unimportant; but cause that are creating problems in between the people.

For me, the biggest cause of eating at fast food establishments is the hurry of the people. They don’t have enough time in their busy life. This fact happens very often with employees in industrialized countries, because the break time doesn’t really satisfy the time for having a good meal. So however they don’t want to eat that food, they have no other choice. If they go to their houses, they will not be on time at work at the afternoon because of the traffic in the streets or the congested public transportation services.

Another cause of this phenomenon is given by economics. Eating at these restaurants is cheap. Even though if they prefer to eat better foods, eating at this fast food restaurants is an easier and cheaper way to keep away the hungry from their bodies. “They just go there, pay 6 or 8 dollars, eat, and then they can go and keep working” (Said my father who is a Lawyer with a sociologist master, while I was making him an interview via telephone last night). I think it was a very appropriate quote, because summarizes both of the reasons I tried to explain above.

All this issue ends in two very sad facts: obesity and lack of family love. That is the reason which makes me realize that eating at fast food restaurant is a very unhealthy habit. “Unhealthy for your body, and insane for your mind” (My mother said, who is a nutritionist, during a couple questions about her opinion of the topic that I asked her last night).

As a conclusion, I can recommend the people to take their own times to do the things; anything is more important that yourself and your family. Make decisions, and make these ones reality. If somebody asks for my opinion about what have the governments to do, I would say “Make good things for the people. Study changing the work schedule; try making some decisions about the dial journey. It can be very well accepted for the people, and for sure is another step looking for a better society in out times”.
